Apple Quick Time Player is needed to view Iphone and Ipod video formats. Click here: Apple Quick Time Player
Additional Mac Info.
If Quick Time Player is not playing the WMV format, you will need to download the latest Flip For Mac software. Click here: Flip for Mac plug-in
Video keeps stopping and starting while I'm watching it:
Make sure you have the correct and latest video player downloaded on your computer. Windows Media Player and Quick Time Player are required. Mac Users may want to download Flip for Mac plug in so that Quick Time can play WMV. If a video doesn't play continuously, it may be due to your connection speed. Multiple videos and other multi downloads will also slow down progress. Broadband and DSL connections will load faster than basic dialup. A third party high-speed downloader can speed up download times.
Audio issues:
All Exxxcel videos have sound. If you do not hear audio, please try the following:
1. Adjust the volume control on your computer and speakersand turn mute control to off.
2. Audio controls on video players can operate independently from the computers control panel. Ensure that the volume is up on the video players, such as Quick Time, or Windows Media player as this might affect the overall player output.
If these steps don't correct the issue, you may want to try the steps below.
For Mac users:
Open "Applications" > "Utilities" > "Audio MIDI Setup"
Check the properties for "Built In Output". Make sure it's set to 44.1 KHz.
For PC users:
1. Click "Start".
2. Select "Run".
3. Type: sndvol32
4. Click "OK".
Make sure the following are not muted and the volume is up for "Volume Control" and "Wave".
